Our Strategy: Target & Tool
The Banking Ponzi File
The single corruption file that, like a bowling strike, brings down the largest share of the ruling cartel at once.
We believe that strategically, the “corruption file” that represents more than the rest a “bowling strike” (a bowling strike is achieved when all 10 pins are knocked down) is the “BANKING PONZI FILE” because it brings down & weakens a larger number of elites or “manzoumi” or “cartel”. Why? Because “they” own 43% of banks and “they” transferred millions of dollars out of Lebanon. In short, almost all of “them” are linked to the banking file, while few are linked to one of the “many other corruption files” and such as electricity, internet, telcom, gaz & oil deals, gravel quarries, crushers and concrete factories, diesel and gasoline reservoirs & tanks, water reservoirs & tanks, etc.
DSAP
Our scientific, practical, strategic tool — endorsed and lobbied for, towards a better Lebanon.
To every strategic action there’s a strategic tool. DSAP is our scientific, practical, strategic tool which we endorse and lobby for, towards ultimately a better Lebanon.
Thus, for now, Wiswás’s focus is on actualising DSAP, because as educated middle class, irrespective of if we never had or still have deposits held in banks who have prospered and opened branches outside Lebanon, we use our constructive criticism and can judge for ourselves whether or not this banking is the lifesaver of Lebanon.
