How We Operate
A coherent, serious, constitutional, legally grounded plan — not populist, not reactive. Eight tracks working together.
We consider ourselves practical, strategic, pragmatic, action-oriented, and committed, and we strive to reflect these qualities in how we work. We function each with our own approach, level of participation, and areas of focus. Our objective is to identify those responsible for the systemic harms affecting us. This includes certain elites, politicians, bankers, businesspeople, politically exposed persons, judges, and security forces who, acting in concert, impose unwanted outcomes on the public including the middle class. We seek to halt these practices through the several available “Mechanisms for Change”. Change occurs through negotiation and mediation, using incentives and accountability measures, and through conversion, coercion, accommodation, or dismantling and replacement
Our approach is to create forums for candid dialogue, share information, and mobilize people to move from concern to active contribution. The method is practical: define the problem, examine possible solutions, and act.
Below you will find how we act and operate, and how you can get involved with us. Wiswásers don't just worry about Lebanon and Lebanese people — we do something about it.
Civic Media & Articles
We amplify the Wiswás of the Lebanese people through news, multimedia, and dialogue.
Wiswás serves as a platform for the voices and concerns of the Lebanese people. We express our shared reality through videos, posts, articles, and dialogues that address both the pain caused by four decades of systemic corruption and the concrete steps needed for change.

Our future forums focus on critical strategic questions: How do we organize effectively? What is the "bowling strike" corruption file that will topple the cartel? Why is the rule of law our only path forward?

Research & Data
We analyze the systemic causes of Lebanese suffering to drive targeted lobbying, shaming, and boycotting campaigns.
Wiswás approaches the crisis through scientific rigor. We gather data from Lebanese locally and abroad to expose perpetrators and design effective calls to action.
Our goal is to demonstrate that systemic change is possible by dismantling predatory cartels and creating practical mechanisms for accountability.

Diaspora Lobbying
The Lebanese diaspora is a critical pillar in ending the corruption that has exhausted the local educated middle class.
Deeply ingrained corruption requires an international effort to dismantle. The diaspora and local Lebanese are uniquely positioned to act as a lifeline for change.

Enforce Legal Strategy
We advocate for implementing the Depositors' Strategic Action Plan (DSAP) as the primary legal tool to dismantle the cartel.
Strategically, the banking corruption file represents our bowling strike — the most effective way to weaken the ruling elite and restore trust in Lebanon.
Dismantling corruption requires audit, investigation, asset recovery, and accountability.
